Review | Tresemmé Salon Sleek Straightening Spray

I seem to be doing a lot of reviewing lately, I guess that's because I've been using a lot of products I love and want to share! Today I'll be looking at Tresemmé's Salon Sleek Straightening Spray, which claims to have a "smooth memory frizz controller" and boasts the latest big thing in haircare; Argan Oil.

This retails at £4.99 for 250ml, and the according to the instructions is to be sprayed liberally onto damp, towel-dried hair before combing through and drying/styling as usual. Obviously they tell you to use Tresemmé shampoo and conditioner as well, they would wouldn't they? But I don't and I really don't think it'll affect things!
I basically follow the instructions with this, spraying seven or eight pumps evenly through my damp hair, both the roots and the ends, before drying as usual. I don't tend to straighten my hair much anymore (I don't really need to now my layers have grown out), instead just blow-drying it straightish and leaving it at that. Using this before drying my hair has made a massive difference for me though. I always get a lot of flyaways on the top of my hair and this does a great job of smoothing them out and making my hair look shiny and healthy - no mean feat when you consider it's full of split ends and in desperate need of a trim, which I'm avoiding due to my crippling phobia of hairdressers. Anyway, I digress.
This has a pleasant smell, one I associate with Tresemmé products, and I don't find it makes my hair greasier or anything like that. The effects don't last all day alone but used with my Percy & Reed Finishing Polish my hair is sleek and smooth all day long! I'll probably repurchase this once it runs out.
