Today I'm sharing some nail art I did a few weeks back now for my cousin's 21st birthday party; I was pretty proud of them but with the
#NailArtWeeklyProject I haven't had chance to share them until now! As always, my base coat was
OPI's Nail Envy, and I then applied a coat of Barry M's 'Blueberry' from the Gelly Hi-Shine Range. Once this was dry, I used a make-up sponge to apply 'Blueberry' and 'Prickly Pear' to create a gradient effect, which took three sponged coats. Once these were dry, I applied a coat of an unnamed silver glitter polish by Technic, followed by Jacava London's UV Filter top coat. It was actually really hard to capture the gradient effect as the two shades photograph to look quite similar, but these are my best efforts.

What do you think? Have you ever attempted gradient nails? I love the effect it gives and I got so many compliments on these nails!
