I have long been a lover of The Body Shop's Tea Tree range but have never tried the lotion for some reason; this looks like a budget-friendly option for oily skins. I've heard nothing but good things about the Good Things Manuka Honey Moisturiser (see what I did there!?) and it really does sound gorgeous, as well as being a bit of a bargain. Dr Brandt isn't a brand I'm overly familiar with but the Pores No More cream sounds pretty good and I'm always up for shrinking or hiding my pores! I've wanted to try Origins' GinZing moisturiser since it was launched yet still haven't got round to it; it can only be a matter of time now. Lush's Enzymion has pretty mixed reviews but sounds promising. Again, Murad aren't a brand I've had a lot of experience with but this correcting cream sounds pretty nice and as an added bonus, contains SPF 15. I've really liked the Vichy products I've tried and the Normaderm Hydrating Care sounds like it's made for my skin. I've never tried Melvita but have read a few favourable reviews, and anything called 'mattifying' tends to scream my name... I really like the Origins Zero Oil range so I'd love to try this lotion, and finally La Roche-Posay's Effaclar Mat is a bit of a blogger cult favourite, though one I've yet to try, so it had to feature on my list really!
What's your favourite day cream? Do you have any recommendations for me? Have you tried any of these?
xo
I have so much trouble with day creams! I have a real issue with keeping my makeup on my face after 3pm I don't like to touch up throughout the day so it's partly my own fault but right now the only way I can not be oily at 3pm is to not use a day cream (which i hate!) I'll looks forward to reviews on these if you buy any of them :) OH I have tried the La Roche Effaclar Mat & it was ok, leaves your skin feeling very mat and almost a bit dry - you need a good primer to make foundations slide on easily but I do think it helped with my shine. xx
ReplyDeleteGinZing is lovely, you should try and get a sample from the Origins counter as it's still expensive if you end up not liking it. I picked up the Tea Tree face wash from TBS on Thursday, hoping it is nice.

I highly recommend LUSH skincare products! They are well worth it!
ReplyDeleteAs a beauty blogger I'm ashamed to admit that I have never tried any of these before! x
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any of these, sorry. I know Beauty Control & SOHO has some great products. Oil Olay as well.
ReplyDeleteYou have a nice list there though I haven't tried any of them yet. My favorite day cream is the one from Herbalife :)
ReplyDeleteI've just got TBS Tea tree BB Cream, liking it so far.. try that. :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't actually used any of these, though on a couple of occasions I've used other products by some of the brands. I do tend to really love the Lush skincare stuff so I think that out of your list here might be the one I most fancy!
