A few weeks ago, I placed my first order with Korean online beauty store,
Wishtrend; after reading one too many of
Laura's reviews, my self-control evaporated and I found myself ordering a couple of products...
The first product I chose was the
Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop, $23, with 5% Vitamin C, which is meant to brighten the skin. As my skin can often look dull and tired, I'm always keen to try anything which can freshen me up a little, and in the past I've found products containing Vitamin C to be really effective for me, so I was excited to try this out! Also - look at the lovely shiny packaging! I think my spirit animal may in fact be a magpie.
The other product I picked up was the
COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner, $13.60, which provides daily exfoliation for smoother, more even skin - again, something I could really use! I'm becoming more and more interested in using acids on my skin, so I really liked the sound of a product which combined both AHAs and BHAs.
I also used a coupon for a free Klairs sheet mask, and was sent the
Rich Moist Soothing Sheet Mask, which is worth $1.99. My order also came with a
C 20 Natural Vitamin 21.5 Enhancing Sheet Mask worth $2.90 and sample sachets of some Chica y Chico products, which will be interesting to try!
I'm planning to review these products once I've had chance to try them out properly! You can get $5 off your first Wishtrend order
here when you use my promo code*, which is 1010653703 - so if there's something you're thinking of trying from Wishtrend, now is a good time - simply enter the code when requested in the account registration process, and you'll get a $5 credit to your account. Have you tried any Korean skincare? I'd love to know if you have any recommendations!
xo
[*I will also get a $5 voucher from any sign-ups using my code.]
It all sounds and looks amazing! I have always wanted to try out Korean Beauty, must have a haul soon!
