Shower Time With Forever Living*

I've recently added a couple of products from Forever Living into my everyday shower routine; enter Forever Living's Relaxation Shower Gel and Aloe Scrub... Both of these are quite luxurious products to use, making the morning shower feel like a bit more of a treat! Both come in handy flip-cap tubes which are easy to squeeze product from, and I've had no problems when carrying them in my gym bag.
The Relaxation Shower Gel* (£18.87, 192ml) is SLS-free and has quite a strong scent of Lavender; it definitely lives up to its name in my book, and I'm loving using it after I've been to the gym to help relax my muscles. I generally use all my shower gels with a pair of exfoliating gloves to get a nice scrub - I simply squeeze a little bit of the shower gel into my hand and massage it into my skin before rinsing off. I've found this leaves my skin feeling really clean and soft, and works well to get the scent of chlorine off my skin after swimming. I've also used it to shave my legs when I ran out of shaving gel and found it worked really nicely - I got a nice, close shave with no irritation, and my skin felt super-soft! I do think this is expensive for a shower gel, but it's definitely a luxury product and something I'd consider treating myself to in the future.
Meanwhile, the Aloe Scrub* (£13.44, 99g) offers gentle exfoliation using jojoba beads and no microbeads (hooray!) - it claims to be suitable for daily use on both the face and body, although I tend to use it every other day on my body and maybe once a week on my face. It has a subtle but pleasant scent which I can't quite place, and gives a nice gentle exfoliation which is perfect to keep my limbs smooth. It hardly feels like a scrub at all on my face, thanks to its creamy base, but still leaves my skin feeling soft and with a bit of a glow.
I particularly like using the Aloe Scrub on my upper arms, shoulders and chest, where I've found I've been getting far fewer spots. I use it on my legs, too, though I do go in with something a bit heavier-duty once a week, as I am prone to ingrown hairs and need quite an intensive scrub! Overall, though, this is a lovely scrub and would be perfect for those with sensitive skin as it really is super-gentle. I think the Aloe Scrub is quite reasonably-priced, as the tube will last a good couple of months and again, it feels quite luxurious to use.
