• See friends at least twice. I always find this a nice goal to include - it can be far too tempting, after a long day at work, to just come home and hide in my bed - I need a bit of motivation to make more effort to see people!
• Interview prep. Having surprised myself by actually getting an interview for a Clinical Psychology course, I now need to start preparing for it! It's not til May so I've got plenty of time but still, I'd like to get thinking about how I'm going to answer some of the questions. Thankfully the interview process doesn't sound toooo brutal so hopefully it'll be a pleasant experience, whatever the outcome.
• Get out on my bike. I've really got back into cycling lately (just for fun, I won't pretend I'm good at it!) and now the evenings are getting lighter, there's a good hour or so when I get home from work of a night when I could get out for a quick ride - so I'm hoping to do that at least once a week.
• No chocolate or sweet treats til Easter. I've been doing really well with this so far and have almost stopped being tempted! Easter is only a couple of weeks ago now so I'm aiming to keep strong til then so I can really enjoy an Easter egg. I'm actually planning to carry on being quite strict after Easter, as I have a ridiculous sweet tooth and it's really not good for me. I'm thinking I'll allow myself one sweet treat a week?
